David Pearson

David Pearson has a strong background in operations and lean management, with experience in various leadership roles. David most recently worked at Topsoe as the Head of Global Supply Production System. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Valcon. Pearson also held the position of Vice President - Head of Lean at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) and worked as a Lean Management Consultant at Lean Coaching Inc. David began their career as an Assembly Manager automotive at General Motors Manufacturing Ltd before moving to Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, where they served as an Operations Manager.

David Pearson obtained a BSc Hons in Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Birmingham, from 1992 to 1995. David then pursued a Diploma in Operations Management from the Institute of Management, from 1996 to 1997.
