Helle Melgaard

Helle Melgaard is currently the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Topsoe. Prior to this, Helle was the Head of HR at AAK and HR Manager at Tvilum. With a background in law and HR, Melgaard has a wealth of experience in modernizing and optimizing HR departments, implementing training programs, and handling legal personnel cases. Helle holds a Master's Degree in Law from Aarhus University and certifications in Black Belt - Lean Six Sigma and Mini MBA.
