Kimberly Decker

Kimberly Decker is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Halen™ since March 2022 and as a Partner at Barley Snyder since 1998. With a strong background in business law, Kimberly provides practical advice on a range of business matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance for public and private companies, as well as non-profits. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Shumaker Williams, where representation focused on financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions and corporate counseling, and various roles at Union National Community Bank. Kimberly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Science in business, finance, and economics from Elizabethtown College.
