Gaurav D. is a seasoned operations engineering professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Engineering at Haleon, Gaurav previously held the position of Senior Manager of Operational Engineering Excellence at Hovione, where responsibilities included deploying a continuous improvement framework. Prior to Hovione, Gaurav worked as Senior Manager of Production at Lonza, focusing on site KPIs through lean and six sigma methodologies.
