Raymond Lee is an accomplished marketing and technology leader with extensive experience in consumer engagement and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Engagement at Haleon since 2022, Raymond previously held key positions at GSK as the Global Digital Commerce Performance & Platform Lead and at Bed Bath & Beyond as the Director of Email Marketing, where oversight of a $10 million budget and a team of ten employees was a highlight. Additional roles include Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where leadership spanned marketing automation and customer insights, and Managing Director of Marketing Operations at The New York Times, directing digital and print subscription marketing efforts. Raymond's career also includes consultancy work at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in technology solutions for multi-billion-dollar companies. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
