Tomek Kobus

Tomek Kobus has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Tomek currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Haleon, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at GSK, including Vice President of HR, Quality, and Supply Chain at Consumer Healthcare, HR Director of EMEA Supply Chain, Head of Global Compensation Operations, and HR Head in Switzerland. Before joining GSK, Tomek worked at Novartis Consumer Health as the Head of HR for the Nyon Site. Tomek also gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Bacardi and as an HR Manager at Cadbury plc. Tomek began their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and also served as the AIESEC International Director.

Tomek Kobus completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu from 1995 to 2000. Tomek then pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2006 to 2009.
