Andy Hilton

Andy Hilton is a Partner and Counsel at Haley Guiliano LLP since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Intellectual Property Counsel for Ford Motor Company from July 2018 to July 2019, overseeing the Intellectual Property function. Prior to this role, Andy Hilton worked as a Patent Attorney at Haseltine Lake LLP from December 2012 to June 2018, focusing on patent drafting and prosecution in automotive and medical device sectors. As a Senior Engineer and Research Projects Leader at CALON CARDIO-TECHNOLOGY LTD from November 2009 to November 2012, significant contributions were made in the design and testing of an innovative implantable blood pump for heart failure treatment. Academic achievements include a PhD and MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2009 and 2006 respectively, as well as education at The Manchester Grammar School from 1994 to 2001.
