Katherine Robison

Katherine "Trinn" Robison, CPCC has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Katherine "Trinn" began their career in 2000 as a Photographer for Inner Voice Photography. In 2006, they transitioned to the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center where they took on the role of Training and Development Manager. During their time at the Blood Center, they successfully managed and implemented training programs until their departure in July 2022. In 2014, Katherine pursued their passion for coaching and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach at Inner Voice Co-Active Life Coaching. Most recently, Katherine joined Halff Associates in October 2022 as a Talent Development Analyst, contributing to the firm's mission of turning ideas into reality.

Katherine "Trinn" Robison, CPCC holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Photography from Columbia College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index (obtained in September 2021), a DDI Virtual Classroom Facilitator Booster from DDI | Development Dimensions International (obtained in January 2021), Crucial Accountability from VitalSmarts (obtained in May 2016), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the International Coaching Federation (obtained in June 2014), AchieveGlobal Facilitator Certification from AchieveGlobal (obtained in May 2010), Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts (obtained in June 2008), and Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International (obtained in April 2006).
