James Hemenes

James Hemenes is currently the Director of Landscape Architecture at Halff. Prior to this role, Hemenes held various positions in the parks and recreation field, including Parks & Recreation Director at the City of Pflugerville, Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation at the City of Cedar Park, and Park Development Manager at the City of Round Rock. Hemenes has also worked as a Project Manager and Landscape Architect at The LAAND Group, LLC, and as a Park Development Coordinator at the City of Sugar Land, TX. Hemenes holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University.
