Josh Adams

Josh Adams is a Project Manager and GIS Analyst at Halff Associates since April 2022. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a GIS Technician at the City of Richardson from May 2019 to April 2022 and as a GIS Coordinator at the City of Lubbock from June 2016 to May 2019. Josh has experience in creating and implementing web maps and apps using ArcGIS Online and Portal, as well as maintaining, editing, and updating spatial data for utilities and base data layers in ArcMap. Josh has also worked as an Environmental Field Technician and GIS Specialist, performing spatial analysis for land interests and development. Additionally, Josh has experience as a GIS Field Technician, Manager, and Bartender. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a focus in GIS from the University of North Texas.
