James Gray Mrics

James Gray MRICS is a Property Portfolio Surveyor at Halfords since September 2023, overseeing lease events, acquisitions, disposals, and estate management across the South West of England, Wales, Midlands, and East Anglia. Previously, James served as a Senior Property Surveyor at Transport for London from November 2017 to September 2023, managing a retail portfolio in Central and Greater London, focusing on rent collection and lease events.
