Thilo Wagner

Thilo Wagner currently serves as the Executive Director for Permanent recruitment in Germany at Austin Fraser, Austin Vita, and Halian, a position held since February 2024, focusing on strategic growth and future development within the organizations. Prior to this role, Thilo worked as Senior Manager Permanent for Austin Vita from April 2023 to May 2024 and held various positions at Progressive, a division of SThree GmbH, from July 2015 to March 2023, including Senior Manager and Senior Team Manager in Pharma, Medical Devices, and Engineering. Thilo holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Sportwissenschaften from Leipzig University, completed between 2006 and 2012.
