Eddie Garcia is an experienced food scientist with a robust history in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Haliburton International Foods, Inc. since June 2019, Eddie previously held the role of Research and Development Manager at Pegasus Foods Inc. from August 2013 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes positions at Haliburton International Foods, Inc. as an Associate Food Technologist and at Two Chefs on a Roll as an R&D Coordinator.
