Renee prides herself in ensuring that the legal requirements and process are followed so that outcomes are fair and productive for both the employee and employers. Her ultimate goal is to help employers prevent making costly mistakes.
Renee earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997, and received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Renee received her mediation certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. Renee has been practicing for over 18 years.
