Dakota Kent

Dakota Kent is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration and engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator for Hall County Government, Dakota has successfully migrated on-premise Exchange environments to Microsoft 365, adhering to best practices. Previously, as a System Engineer at Novatech, Dakota significantly enhanced the organization’s cybersecurity posture while providing top-level support across a large customer network. Prior experience includes game development at Prosper IT Consulting and roles as a Tier 3 Support Engineer and Project Engineer at I.T. Solutions, Inc. and Fisher's Technology, respectively, where Dakota designed and built scalable networks and computational systems. Dakota pursued education at Boise State University and completed a program at The Tech Academy in 2022.
