Alex Touboul focuses on complex construction litigation. Mr. Touboul represents general contractors and subcontractors in large construction projects facing construction defect and personal injury claims. His experience also includes business transactions and litigation involving contractual disputes, derivative actions, fraud claims, and shareholder disputes.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Touboul practiced at a small construction industry defense firm in San Diego, California. He also owned and managed a law firm supporting small businesses in tenant-landlord disputes, property law, and business litigation.
