David J. Mahoney

David Mahoney’s practice spans a broad spectrum of negligence cases, with a concentration in complex personal injury matters involving the seriously or catastrophically injured. Mr. Mahoney primarily represents insurers and businesses with litigation in the areas of transportation, premises liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, and product liability. Additionally, Mr. Mahoney is experienced with business liability, coverage matters, subrogation, and insurance bad faith.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Mahoney practiced civil litigation in Utah and New Jersey.
