As the Director of Digital Performance, Mike oversees all ongoing organic search, technical search, e-commerce user experience, performance analysis, and analytics implementations. Mike joined Hall in 2008 as a web developer and over time discovered his passion for data analysis and site optimization. He has a diverse experience in online marketing, ranging from website development to Google Analytics implementation. Some of Mike’s professional highlights since joining Hall have been creating an in-depth custom tracking system utilizing Google Analytics to track user interactions throughout a site visit, creating an in-depth 150+ point Technical Auditing process and as the architect of their user acquisition ecosystem. Mike earned his Bachelor's Degree in Information technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
