Nikki Akhurst-Rasa

Nikki Akhurst-Rasa is a legal professional with extensive experience in CTP insurance matters and complex causation issues. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Hall & Wilcox since June 2015, Nikki has been involved in a significant case before the Medical Assessment Service since 2008, navigating multiple assessments and reviews. Prior to this, Nikki was a Senior Associate at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from December 2002 to May 2015, where a notable achievement included successfully obtaining indemnity for a public utility company against a $1.5 million claim denied by its CTP insurer. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies, both earned from the University of Wollongong between 1998 and 2002.
