Oddný Edwards has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a judge for the Great Taste Awards with a specialization in spirits and coffee at the Guild of Fine Food since March 2017. As the founder of Oskuhus since May 2020, Oddný promotes a culinary lifestyle. Prior roles include Marketing Manager at AmSafe Bridport, where strategic initiatives were developed in the aerospace sector, and ownership of ÖSKUBOX LTD, a restaurant recognized for excellence. Earlier experience includes Director at OddMarketing, leading diverse client accounts, and Trade Account Manager at Garmin, where marketing strategies were executed to enhance revenue. Education includes an International Diploma from Oxford Open University and multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's from Kvennaskolinn. Additional training includes food hygiene and hospitality certifications.
