Jim Henry

Jim Henry is a seasoned Shareholder and Business Litigation Attorney at Hallett & Perrin, P.C. since 2000, where significant accomplishments include obtaining defense judgments in various high-stakes trials related to trademark infringement and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as winning arbitration awards against substantial claims. Prior to this role, Jim practiced law at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and Gardere & Wynne, LLP from 1996 to 1999. Jim Henry earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA from Washington and Lee University. Education also includes attendance at St. Mark's School of Texas and Highland Park High School.
