Richard Pena, PMP, is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and implementing continuous improvement practices. Currently serving as Principal Engineer Project Manager at Halliburton since August 2013, Richard effectively directs the development of products tailored to customer needs. In a parallel role, Richard provides consultation and leadership as a Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Previously, Richard held key positions at Textron as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where significant contributions included training and mentoring numerous candidates and facilitating multiple projects. Richard's earlier tenure at Bell Helicopter spanned from 1978 to 2011, where as Continuous Improvement Leader, significant savings were achieved through Six Sigma initiatives, and as Engineering Chief, oversight of Flight Test Data Operations was maintained. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
