Steve Haden

Steve Haden is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Project Management at Halliburton since December 2018. Previously, Haden held several key leadership positions at Maersk Oil from 2013 to 2018, including Vice President, Head of Asset Excellence, and Vice President, Head of Wells, where a focus on optimizing asset value and driving performance improvements in well operations was paramount. Earlier roles included Vice President positions at BP, where responsibilities spanned the Global Wells Organization and Drilling and Completions in the Eastern Hemisphere. Haden's career began at Amoco, holding various engineering and management roles, with initial experience as a Testing Engineer at Schlumberger. Haden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
