Lori Itagaki

Senior Director, Employee Experience at Crown Media Family Networks

Lori Itagaki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Lori began their career as an A&R Administration Intern at Interscope Records in 2007 and later worked as a Program Assistant at the University of Southern California. In 2008, they joined Prudential California Realty as a Marketing Assistant. From 2009 to 2013, Lori worked at Proton Capital, initially as a Corporate Administrator and later as a Human Resources Manager. Lori then interned at McKesson as an MBA Human Resources Intern in 2014.

In 2015, Lori joined Activision Blizzard as an Organizational Development Manager, where they focused on employee engagement and implemented pulse surveys. Lori also worked as a Talent Consultant at Activision Blizzard, managing talent management practices and delivering trainings.

In 2019, Lori joined Disney Parks, Experiences and Products as an Organization Development Manager, leading organizational transformations and employee engagement surveys. Lori was also involved in Women@Disney and led programming for talent mobility and AAPI organization events.

Lori then transitioned to ByteDance and TikTok, where they held roles in Global Talent & Organizational Development and Regional Organizational Development. Lori led talent and organizational development initiatives across different regions.

Currently, Lori works at Hallmark Media as a Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development.

Lori Itagaki completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from USC Marshall School of Business between 2013 and 2015. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California. Lori'sBachelor's Degree focused on Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology, and they also pursued a minor in Dance. Before attending university, Lori graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School.
