Ric Rabourn

Ric Rabourn, CHA, has extensive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as President & CEO of Hallmark Inns and Resorts since 2000. In this role, Ric provides executive-level leadership, establishes long-range goals, and oversees organizational programs and operations, emphasizing the importance of being employee- and guest-centric. Prior to this position, Ric held the role of Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hallmark Inns & Resorts, significantly enhancing the reputation of Hallmark Resort Newport. Earlier career achievements include serving as General Manager at WestCoast Silverdale Hotel, where Ric successfully improved the hotel's customer ratings, and as General Manager at WestCoast Camlin Hotel, becoming the youngest individual to hold a general manager position within the company. Ric's education includes advanced studies in hospitality management at Cornell University and Washington State University.
