Lusha Bodie

Lusha Bodie has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lusha started their career at Sprint in 2000, where they quickly rose through the ranks and was selected for the Sprint Leadership Development Program. Lusha provided leadership and guidance as an IT Operations-Executive Services, overseeing a team of Client Support Analysts and leading numerous projects.

In 2006, Lusha moved to EMBARQ, where they served as the Technology Planning (R&D) / Executive IT Support. Lusha managed a team responsible for providing technical and operational support to the executive leadership team, ensuring that IT projects were completed on time and on budget.

Lusha joined CenturyLink in 2009 as a Manager of Technical Services. Lusha was later asked to serve as the Interim Director of Workplace Technology Services following the company's acquisition of Qwest Communications. Lusha led the merger integration team and defined the technology footprint while managing a budget of $3 million and overseeing up to 35 direct reports across 33 states.

After leaving CenturyLink, Lusha became an Entrepreneur and owned their own company, Whitlau Incorporated, from 2010 to 2011.

Lusha then transitioned to Ascend Learning in 2011, where they held various roles, including Program Director and Director of Business Integration and Communications. In these positions, they contributed to achieving P&L objectives and was accountable for all Technology & Operations deliverables.

Lusha joined DST Systems in 2014 as the Director of End User Technology, where they played a critical role in managing technology deliverables and prioritizing projects across business units.

In 2020, Lusha moved to Hallmark Cards as the Vice President of Technology & Digital Workplace. Lusha was responsible for overseeing technology and digital workplace initiatives until they were promoted to Sr. Vice President /Head of Technology at Hallmark Media in 2023.
