Anna Halbrook

Anna Halbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, social media engagement, and linguistics. Currently a Customer Service Representative at Hallow since November 2022, Anna effectively addresses customer inquiries in Polish and English while resolving escalated issues. As a Social Media Agent at LiveWorld since February 2012, Anna enhances brand engagement across various platforms in multiple languages. Anna also works as a Freelance Linguist for the National Foreign Language Center, contributing to testing material development and an e-learning system for Polish language learners.
