W. Caleb Gray

W. Caleb Gray is an experienced software and engineering professional with a robust background in back-end development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Back End Developer at Hallow since January 2022, Gray previously held positions as Engineering Manager at RVshare and Wayfair. As Co-Founder of Edutext, Gray developed an innovative application utilizing natural language processing to assist parents in notifying schools of absences. Gray's career includes roles such as Sr Software Engineer at Augustine Institute and Lead Developer/Project Manager at 5 Stones, where contributions were made to develop a content-streaming platform. Gray began the career at Microsoft as a Thermal Engineer, developing thermal systems for the Surface family of products, and gained early experience as an intern at companies including Rockwell Automation and John Deere. An alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Gray holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
