Charles Todaro, Psy.D., CMPC is a Mental Performance Coach currently working at Hallowell Todaro ADHD, providing coaching services to elite athletes and executives. Charles also co-founded Mental Metrix and serves as a Lead Performance Consultant, analyzing network information to create profiles for professional sports organizations. With a background in psychology and sport psychology, Charles has experience teaching at Texas State University and providing mental health counseling and crisis support for athletes at various organizations. Charles has a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
