Mary Kons

Mary Kons serves as the President of Beauty & Personal Care at Hallstar since December 2024. Previously, from April 2010 to December 2024, Mary held the position of Vice President Business North America at Evonik, where responsibilities included leading the growth and profitability of a $200 million business in the North American specialty ingredients market for the cosmetic and personal care industry. Mary progressed through various roles at Evonik, including Business Director and National Sales Manager, managing teams and significant sales figures. Earlier experience includes positions at TLC Ingredients, Phibro Animal Health, ChevronTexaco, and Amoco Oil Company, focusing on sales, distribution management, and business development in chemical and personal care sectors. Mary holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in Management from DePaul University.
