George Gao

George Gao is an experienced engineer currently working at Halmar International since February 2023. Previously, George served as a Project Engineer at Gramercy Group Inc from September 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing the submittal approval process for a $140 million design-build project and ensuring all project prerequisites were met. George's earlier role as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from June 2019 to September 2021 involved procurement and coordination of materials and labor while tracking project progress and developing cost-efficient methods. Additionally, George gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo Engineering and Applied Sciences from September 2017 to May 2019 and completed an internship as a Project Engineer at Rodriguez Construction Group in the summer of 2018. George holds a degree from the University at Buffalo, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2019.
