Tom Belka

Tom Belka has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Halo Investing since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at InspereX LLC for over 21 years, with their most recent position being the Chief Financial Officer from February 2016 to April 2022. Tom also held roles as Treasurer from November 2013 to February 2016, Controller from October 2006 to November 2013, and Assistant Controller from October 2000 to October 2006 at InspereX LLC. Before joining InspereX LLC, Tom worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Assistant Vice President Futures Accounting from 1997 to 2000. Their work experience also includes serving as a Security Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 1991.

Tom Belka completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 1991 to 1994. Tom later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Tom participated in the Emerging CFO Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, although it is not specified when they attended.
