Allen Watts

Allen Watts has extensive experience in operations and process engineering, currently serving as Site Operations Leader, Process Development Leader, and Senior Process Engineer at Halocarbon since January 2022. Previously, Allen held multiple leadership roles at Ascend Performance Materials, including Business Unit Leader for Batch and Continuous Polymerization and Industrial Fibers, where responsibilities included overseeing production efficiency, safety improvements, and significant cost reductions. Allen has led numerous Six Sigma projects, developed training initiatives in hazard recognition, and upheld various industry certifications. Earlier positions include Process Improvement Engineer at Milliken & Company, focusing on quality production and process enhancement. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
