Yunkeun Jo

Yunkeun Jo's work experience includes a role as a Junior Software Engineer at Halter, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Halter from November 2022 to February 2023. In this role, they contributed to the development of farm infra back-end services using Go, AWS, and Terraform, as well as worked on Halter's internal debug tool website using TypeScript and React.

Yunkeun Jo also served as a Teaching Assistant for COMPSCI 235 at The University of Auckland starting in July 2022. Their responsibilities included creating model answers for web project assignments, reviewing assignment specifications, and marking students' assignment submissions.

Additionally, Yunkeun Jo worked as a Research Student at The University of Auckland from December 2021 to March 2022.

Yunkeun Jo completed their high school education at Auckland Grammar School in 2019, receiving a High School Diploma with a field of study in NCEA Level 3. They then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The University of Auckland from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Yunkeun Jo obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2023, the Google IT Automation with Python Specialization from Google in December 2022, and the Configuration Management and the Cloud certificate from Coursera in November 2022. They also received the FrontendExpert Certificate and AlgoExpert Official Certificate from AlgoExpert in November and October 2022, respectively.

Yunkeun Jo further expanded their knowledge by completing several online courses and obtaining corresponding certificates. These courses include "Using Python to Interact with the Operating System" from Coursera in June 2022, "Intermediate SQL" and "Joining Data in SQL" from DataCamp in May 2022, "JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures" from freeCodeCamp in April 2022, "Advanced CSS and Sass (Flexbox, Grid, Animations etc) Course" in March 2022, "The Web Developer Bootcamp 2022" in March 2022, and "Next.js & React - The Complete Guide (incl. Two Paths)" in January 2022, both from Udemy.
