Chad Willson

Chad Willson is a skilled professional with diverse experience in maintenance inspection, construction, law enforcement, and education. Currently serving as a Maintenance Inspector and previously as a Maintenance Technician at Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. since December 2021, Chad has a background in construction as a Construction Worker at PCH Construction LLC from April 2021 to January 2022. Chad spent two decades as a Police Officer with the City of Mendota Heights and holds academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College, specializing in criminal justice topics. Earlier roles include Correctional Officer at Washington County Sheriff's Office and Security Sergeant at the Mall of America Security Department, where responsibilities included supervisory duties and field training. Chad earned a Master’s degree in Police Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
