Hilde Halland Fretheim

Hilde Halland Fretheim is currently a sykepleierstudent i hjemmesykepleien at Hamar kommune, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Hilde served as a controller at Høgskolen i Innlandet from December 2021 to July 2023, and as a koordinator for budsjett og økonomiplan at Bærum kommune from August 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating budget and economic planning processes and implementing new IT systems. Previous roles at Bærum kommune involved economic advisory work focused on digitalization and IT, including budgeting and financial analysis. Additional experience includes serving as an assistant in hjemmesykepleien and various positions in the retail sector. Hilde is pursuing a degree at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, building on a master’s degree in samfunnsøkonomi and financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and a bachelor’s in economics and administration from the same institution.
