Shailesh Tewari

Shailesh Tewari has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Their most recent role was as the Chief of Operations at Hamdard Wakf Laboratories in New Delhi, starting from June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior General Manager at the same company from March 2014 to June 2021.

Before joining Hamdard Wakf Laboratories, Shailesh held the position of Deputy General Manager at Sarvotham Remedies, where they were responsible for various operations including production planning, execution, and manpower handling. Shailesh worked at Sarvotham Remedies from June 2008 to February 2014.

Shailesh has also worked as the Plant Manager at GWS Health Care from June 2006 to June 2008 and as the Production Manager at Nestor Pharmaceuticals Ltd from March 1998 to June 2006. At Nestor Pharmaceuticals, they were involved in production planning, control, and quality management.

In their earlier career, Shailesh held positions such as Head of Small Volume Parenteral and Leader of Generics at Paam Pharmaceuticals Ltd from January 1995 to February 1998, Head of Department (LVP) at Rass Pharma (P) Limited from August 1993 to December 1994, and Manufacturing Chemist at Albert David Limited from August 1988 to July 1993.

Throughout their career, Shailesh has gained extensive experience in various aspects of pharmaceutical operations including production, quality control, human resources, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Shailesh Tewari's education history begins in 1980 at Maharaja Agrasen Vidyalaya, Motinagar, Lucknow, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued intermediate studies at KKC Inter college. In 1985, Tewari enrolled at the University of Lucknow for their Master of Science degree in chemistry, which they completed in 1988.
