Chris Betz

Chris Betz is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Hamilton Security since April 2020, Chris oversees all manufacturing operations, including the successful development and opening of a $20MM, 180,000 ft² facility, while implementing six sigma and lean manufacturing initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Big Ass Fans, Sales/Application Engineer at Airecon Manufacturing Corp., and various positions at Pak/Teem, Inc., where Chris managed manufacturing projects and contributed to engineering solutions for industrial ventilation. An early career at Pak/Teem, Inc. began as a Manufacturing Engineer, establishing a strong foundation in engineering and production management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
