Jennie Black has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and management roles over several decades. Since March 2017, Jennie has served as the Customer Care Center Manager at Hamilton Safe Company. Prior to this, Jennie held various significant positions at Cintas from April 1999 to March 2017, including Cash Application Supervisor, Consolidated AR Manager, and IT Service Desk Manager. Jennie's career began at Mosler Safe, where Jennie worked as Customer Service Center Manager from 1983 until April 1999. Jennie is an alumnus of Miami University.
