Neil Kelly

Neil Kelly, MPA, currently serves as an Eligibility Technician at Hamilton County Job and Family Services, where responsibilities include assisting SNAP applicants and coordinating with local agencies. Neil Kelly also holds the position of Adjunct Faculty Member at Mount St. Joseph University, focusing on student development, and is a Board Member for both the Center for Independent Living Options, Inc. and the American Society for Public Administration - Greater Cincinnati Chapter. Previous experiences include serving as a Communications Advisor for Hamilton County Commissioner Todd Portune and as a Treasurer for the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Greater Cincinnati. Neil Kelly has a solid background in grant management and legislative support, having worked as a Grant Manager for Community Matters - Cincinnati and a Legislative Intern for the Office of the Mayor in Cincinnati. Neil Kelly earned a Master of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Mount St. Joseph University.
