Allison Davids

Allison Davids is a seasoned Criminal Intelligence Analyst currently working at Hamilton County (OH) Sheriff's Office since May 2022. Previously, Allison held the position of Intelligence Analyst at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department from February 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing complex reports on firearms-related crimes, analyzing gang structures, and collaborating with various agencies to improve public safety. Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal at Boone County Prosecutor’s Office involved supporting prosecutors with pretrial services, legal research, and maintaining legal documents. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marian University Indianapolis and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Safety from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
