Chris Walsh

Chris Walsh has worked as the Director of Technology at Hamilton County, Ohio since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Campbell County Schools from July 2019 to July 2023. Chris also worked at Boone County Schools, first as the School Technology Coordinator, Intervention Coordinator & Teacher from August 2006 to August 2014, and then as the Technology Resource Teacher from August 2014 to the present.

Chris Walsh has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eastern Kentucky University, which was obtained in the years 2001 to 2006. Chris later pursued a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Western Kentucky University, completing their studies between 2008 and 2010. Taking their education further, they obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Northern Kentucky University between 2013 and 2015. Chris also holds additional certifications from Google, including being a Google for Education Certified Trainer and a Google Apps for Education Certified Administrator, both obtained in 2015.
