Allison Deck-Shipley

Allison Deck-Shipley is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in children's services and behavioral health. Since August 2016, Allison has served as the Children's Services Manager at Hamilton Families, where leadership and program development are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of After School Site Supervisor at San Francisco Day School from August 2012 to May 2016, managing daily activities for approximately one hundred students and maintaining communication with parents. Additionally, from September 2015 to March 2016, Allison worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Gateway Learning Group, providing ABA Therapy to youth with Autism. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco, where support was provided for the Sociology Department Chair's research. Allison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 2016.
