Michele Negri

Michele Negri has extensive experience in the field of propulsion engineering. Michele began their career in 2009 as a Research Engineer, where they worked on their PhD in atomization of non-Newtonian fluids and conducted hot firing tests with advanced propellants. After completing their PhD in 2013, they continued working at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. (German Aerospace Center), taking on roles such as Project Manager and Team Leader in Gel Propulsion. In 2014, they became the Team Leader for Orbital Propulsion and also served as the Coordinator of the EU H2020 project Rheform from 2015 to 2018. In 2021, they joined Hamilton Medical as a Test Engineer.

Michele Negri completed their education with a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2008. Michele then pursued further studies at the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik in 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification in Project Manager Professional from PMI Southern Germany Chapter e.V. in September 2017.
