Timothy Stephens

Timothy Stephens is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner at Hamilton Partners since April 2018, Timothy previously held the position of Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald's Cantor Real Estate LP from August 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included investing in distressed real estate debt and REO assets. Prior roles included Senior Associate in Real Estate Consulting at Deloitte, Program Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, Project Engineer at Bovis Lend Lease, and Site Engineer at Leighton Contractors. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney.
