Sandra D'Ambrosio is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Applications and Project Management at Hamilton Police Service since April 2017, Sandra previously held multiple leadership roles at D+H, including Program/Portfolio Manager within the Retail Solutions PMO and Project Delivery Manager for Collateral Management Solutions. Sandra’s expertise encompasses both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on IT governance, process optimization, and strategic initiative implementation. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Program Manager at ING Direct and Frito Lay Canada, as well as a Senior Project Manager at Loyalty Management Group. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
