Fabian Winter

Fabian Winter has a diverse work experience across different roles and companies. Fabian started their career as a Project Leader at Hamilton Bonaduz AG in 2008 and worked in that role until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Hamilton Storage. Fabian then returned to Hamilton Bonaduz AG in 2013 and held various roles including Project Leader, Project Leader and Team Leader, and Senior Business Engineer until 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Innovation at Hamilton Storage since January 2023.

Fabian Winter completed their Bachelor's degree in Microengineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2003 to 2008. In 2012, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for MIT Short Programs, where they studied Radical Innovation for a brief period. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Fabian pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of St.Gallen.
