Michelle Defrancis

Michelle DeFrancis is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as the Assistant Purchasing Agent for Hamilton Township since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Purchasing Officer at the Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties from May 2014 to January 2022, and worked as a Purchasing Agent for the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority from May 2004 to May 2014.
