Oscar Mbaya

Oscar Mbaya is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and infrastructure services. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Services Manager at the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board since October 2017, Oscar has previously held roles including Supervisor and IT Infrastructure Project Leader within the same organization. Prior to that, Oscar worked as a Procurement & IT Specialist at UNOPS and as Directeur Technique at ASYST - Computer Systems. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Roorkee University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
