Heather Burgess

Heather Burgess currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Hamlin Robinson School since May 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Executive Director at Island Choral Experience from 2014 to August 2022, leading organizational development alongside the Board of Directors. Heather's educational experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher, Para Educator, and Private Tutor at Bainbridge Island School District from 2006 to 2014, collaborating to enhance student success. Additionally, Heather worked at Microsoft as a Product Planner from 1996 to 2000, managing significant budgets and liaising between development teams, and as a Contractor from 1994 to 1995, establishing systems for the localization team in Dublin, Ireland. Heather holds a K-8 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of San Diego.
